“Reflecting on language allows us to structure our thoughts better”, Albert Ventayol

Languages are fellow Albert Ventayol’s (United Kingdom, 2014) great passion. This penchant for languages began in secondary school while studying Latin and Greek, but it quickly turned into a career. He studied Linguistics in Barcelona and the United Kingdom and he became a professor of Catalan at the University of Cambridge. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of California Santa Barbara and he has a stay in Siberia planned to conduct a linguistic analysis there.
